Talking-About Wrinkle Free Face Creams

hiiii there, i was just wondering what does it mean to cleanse, tone and moisturize? i'm not sure what to do first and stuff like that, also i use neutrogena Oil Free acne cleanser, and i use Elizabeth Arden millenium revitalizing tonic, and i use clean and clear moisturizer. also is the Elizabeth Arden tonic an actual toner? and what do all these things do to help your skin?
